Meet with Owner and Head Coach Jon to talk about your background, your goals, and what you are looking to accomplish to see if we can be the best fit for you. We will tour the gym and answer any questions you have. This 30-min session is FREE!


Day 3: Your first class

At your Free No Sweat Intro we will schedule your first day and show you what we plan on doing that day so you know what to expect when you come in. During your first class our coaches will work side by side you during classes to teach you how to do things safely and properly.

Congratulations, you’ve been with Evolution Fitness for 30 days and it’s been eye opening. You have learned a ton! You have realized you hate assault bikes and pull-ups will probably take a long time to get good at. That is OK though, you are excited to put in the work because every day you have fun in class and you are surrounded by an entire community that supports you!

Day 45: Habits are improving, and so is your quality of life!

By now your habits are becoming routine. Going to the gym most days is “just what you do.” You have made some gym friends and are looking forward to puppy cuddles when you arrive at the gym each day. You see the benefit of putting in more effort on nutrition and recovery as your body is starting to change. Your friends outside the gym are starting to take notice of all the hard work you put in!

What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first visit we will take you through your 30 minute “No Sweat Intro” where we take the time to learn about you and your goals.

We will take you on a tour of the gym and answer any questions you have.

There is no pressure to join or workout, its simply a chance to get a feel for our coaches, community, and charisma! If you like our vibe we will schedule your first workout.

I’m not in very good shape… can I still workout?

Of course! One of the things that makes getting fit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, small business owners, nurses, doctors, retirees, you name it. Our members come in every imaginable size, shape, age, and fitness ability; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

One of the best reasons to participate in our coached classes is so your coach can optimize the daily workouts to match your current abilities. You don’t need to do what the person next to you is doing, you just need to do what you are capable of. Most people adjust the workouts in some way anyways. If you show up and do that regularly, you will be amazed at how much you will accomplish.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming 3 days/week to start seeing results. Most members come 3-5 days/week. The more you come, the faster you get results!

Can I do my own thing during class?

All members are welcome to use the gym during class times as long as it doesn’t interfere with coached classes.

I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

Do you have a shower, how about a children's playroom?

Yes to both!

What’s your drop-in policy?

If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $15 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $50.

It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our gym. You can find our class schedule Here.
