Our FOUNDATION program is designed to teach teenage athletes how to lift safely/properly and provide a full strength and conditioning program that can compliment athletic development in season or out.
We use an OPEN GYM format for this program meaning athletes can come use our facility between 3-5pm on M/W/F to complete the daily workout on their schedules.
A coach will be on-site to provide instruction/coaching/guidance during all sessions. Athletes must be done using the gym at 5pm but are welcome to hang out in the office area to do homework or wait for a ride if needed. Cost for this program is just $100/month.
