Evolution Fitness was declared one of the best gyms in the Milwaukee area. Located in West Allis, we proudly serve the Milwaukee area and surrounding communities of Wauwatosa, Brookfield, New Berlin, Elm Grove, Waukesha, Menomenee Falls, and more!
Whether you are looking to workout on your own, get in shape through our group classes, or prefer one-on-one coaching we invite you to come work hard and get results as part of our community!

- We offer 3 different weekly coached programs:
- Transformation (Group Functional Fitness)
- Gymnastics 45 (Skill Development)
- Team Challenge (Partner Workouts)
- As well as provide 6 accessory programs to support your goals:
- CompTrain
- Aerobic Capacity (Cardio that isn't boring)
- Bulletproofing (Bring up weak areas)
- Diesel on the Go (Traveling workouts)
- The Ready State (Relieve pain, prevent injury, improve physical performance)
- Romwod (Improve Range of Motion)
- Our facility is comprised of over 5000 square feet.
- We have the top of the line equipment, and lots of it!
- Our staff is made up of highly qualified coaches who have over 20 years of experience!
- We have 3 gym dogs: Bacon-English Bulldog, Diesel-French Bulldog, Leo-Beagle/Dachshund mix.
- We have a children's playroom.
- Our aim is to educate, entertain, and inspire our members everyday!
