• What will my first time in your gym be like?

    Your first visit we will take you through your 30 minute “No Sweat Intro” where we take the time to learn about you and your goals.

    We will take you on a tour of the gym and answer any questions you have. If you are interested in Nutrition Coaching we will gather some information so we can create your customized nutrition plan that will be ready for you when you show up for your first workout.

    There is no pressure to join or workout, its simply a chance to get a feel for our coaches, community, and charisma! If you like our vibe we will schedule your first workout. Both the customized nutrition plan and 30 minute consult are FREE!

     

  • I’m not in very good shape… can I still workout?

    Of course! One of the things that makes getting fit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, small business owners, nurses, doctors, retirees, you name it. Our members come in every imaginable size, shape, age, and fitness ability; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

    One of the best reasons to participate in our coached classes is so your coach can optimize the daily workouts to match your current abilities. You don’t need to do what the person next to you is doing, you just need to do what you are capable of. Most people adjust the workouts in some way anyways. If you show up and do that regularly, you will be amazed at how much you will accomplish.

  • Do you offer personal coaching?

    Yes! If you prefer one-on-one personal coaching our coaches would love to work with you. Mention this during your free No Sweat Intro!

  • How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

    If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

  • Can I do my own thing during class?

    All members are welcome to use the gym during class times as long as it doesn’t interfere with coached classes.

  • I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

  • What amenities do you provide?

    Yes to both!

  • What’s your drop-in policy?

    If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $50.

    It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our gym. You can find our class schedule Here.
