I became a member at Evolution Fitness back in 2014 and started programming the Saturday Team Challenge classes in 2016 where my only goal was to provide a stress free, fun workout for everyone that reminds athletes what it is like to be a kid again. Life is busy and sometimes hard, so I believe that fitness needs to be FUN and done in a way where it is sustainable and exciting for a person’s entire life. Because of that, I have had many different experiences with fitness in my own personal life from HIIT training, power-lifting, half marathon training, kickboxing, yoga and now, Functional Fitness, and I enjoy bringing those different aspects into my programming, besides the running part…..don’t put me down for cardio! As a coach, I pride myself in identifying with many of our members from those looking to lose weight, to those looking at competing in functional fitness because I have been in their shoes myself. In my time outside the gym, I love cuddling with my puppy, Leo, shoe shopping, and spending time with my niece and nephews.
